Returns and Order Exchanges
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", flowers are not subject to exchange or return. They belong to the category of perishable goods, and maintaining their properties and appearance is only possible under special conditions.
We do our best to ensure that you always receive our bouquets and arrangements fresh and in perfect condition. However, we allow returns or exchanges in cases where, at the time of delivery:
- The flowers were of poor quality,
- The flowers quickly lose their appearance and consumer properties, meaning they start wilting immediately.
If you believe that you have received a bouquet or arrangement of inadequate quality, please inform us no later than 2 hours after receiving the order. Be sure to attach photos that confirm this fact. Please note that if it is impossible to verify the defect via electronic communication, we may ask you to bring the order and show it in person.
We value customer feedback and place great importance on service quality. However, the final decision on returns and exchanges remains with us, as our florists cannot control the storage conditions of bouquets and arrangements after they have been received.
